Exchange & Return policy
We do not offer exchanges or refunds after 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds are only issued for defective or wrong items.
Exchanges may be accepted for size issues, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the fault is on our side.

- All sale items and custom-made abayas are final sale.
- No exchange or refund will be offered on discounted or tailored pieces.
We will cover costs of deliver and collection if the issue is due to our error. (eg., incorrect items or faulty items)
Shipping & Processing
Orders take 7–10 days to prepare before shipping.
- Within the UAE Delivery is typically within 7–10 days
- International orders: Shipping time will be shown at checkout and does not include the 7–10 day preparation period.
Quality Assurance & Complaints
We take pride in the quality of our abayas. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or has a defect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
Proof of issue (photos/videos) must be provided.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
